reservation or payment received after September 10, 2010. If you
want your seminar mentioned on the program we MUST HAVE
YOUR PAID RESERVATION PRIOR TO MARCH 15. Refund requests
will be subject to a $15.00 handling fee. NO REFUNDS
AFTER SEPTEMBER 15TH. Booth set up may begin
Wednesday morning after 9:00 AM. Reservation includes your
RV parking from Wednesday morn. thru Saturday night. Each
vendor is asked to donate at least one door prize worth a
minimum of $15.00. (Retail) Please tell the people at the
gate that you are a vendor when you arrive.
